Abstract

Afin d'éviter des supports en céramique poreux, l'invention propose un élément cellulaire électrochimique à électrolyte solide en trois couches, dont l'une des électrodes (1) servant simultanément de plaque-support mécanique pour l'élément cellulaire actif (12, 2, 3) est intégrée par l'intermédiaire de la pièce (14) dans la structure d'une batterie montée en éléments isolés, et dans lequel l'adhérence mécanique entre la structure et la cellule active est découplée à l'aide d'un élément ressort (13) pour éloigner les tensions mécaniques à induction thermique de la couche mince électrolytique (2). Les éléments cellulaires actifs, combinaison de deux électrodes poreuses et métalliques (1, 3) et d'une couche électrolytique d'oxydation étanche aux gaz, sont fabriqués de préférence selon un procédé de projection au plasma sous vide.
