Abstract
Un procédé d'obtention de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène consiste à mélanger une matière brute de carbone-hydrogène à de la vapeur, à procéder à la conversion catalytique de vapeur préliminaire du mélange de vapeur-gaz obtenu, puis on procède à la conversion catalytique primaire et à la conversion catalytique secondaire de la vapeur-oxygène. La conversion secondaire est effectuée tout en procédant à l'acheminement d'un gaz contenant de l'oxygène mélangé à un support thermique, à un rapport volumique de 0,5:30,0 entre le support thermique et l'oxygène, et chauffé jusqu'à une température ne dépassant pas 900 °C. Le produit désiré obtenu de la conversion secondaire est recyclé jusqu'à la conversion primaire afin de mettre en ÷uvre le procédé de conversion de vapeur grâce à la récupération de la chaleur du produit désiré.
