Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau milieu de transport pour les micro-organismes, en particulier les bactéries Gram négatives, Gram positives et anaréobies, qui est placé éventuellement dans des tubes ou des bouteilles fermés et stériles prêts à l'emploi et de petite dimension. Le milieu de transport se compose de 2 à 10 g d'agar, de 1 à 3 g d'extrait de viande, de 0,1 à 1 g de chlorure de sodium, de 0,1 à 0,5 g de chlorure de potassium, de 0,1 à 0,5 g de chlorure de calcium, de 0,1 à 0,5 g de chlorure de magnésium, de 0,5 à 2 g de thioglycolate de sodium, de 2 à 10 g de glycérophosphate de sodium et d'un complément d'eau à 1000 g, et le pH du mélange est de 7,3 ± 0,1 à 25 °C.
