Abstract

Un système d'analyse immunométrique spécifique, sensible et rapide est présenté pour déterminer la présence et/ou la concentration d'antigènes associés à l'infection des céréales pour l'agent pathogène fongique Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides. Il comprend un appareillage de broyage pour extraire de tels antigènes dans un milieu liquide adapté. Un réactif antigène, monospécifique, polyclonal est utilisé dans une analyse immunologique de type 'en sandwich à l'avant' pour la détection des antigènes fongiques polyvalents associés au développement de la maladie cercosporellose des céréales.
