Abstract

Une unité de commutation pneumatique comprend un logement du commutateur. Un ressort de contact conducteur est monté entre des supports diamétriques, l'un d'eux étant réglable. L'organe de fermeture peut serrer un diaphragme contre le logement, le diaphragme engageant l'actuateur. Les deux logements de commutateurs peuvent être montés sur les côtés opposés d'une chambre de pression unique avec des diaphragmes extrêmes fermant les extrémités opposées du logement de commutateur. La pression agit sur les deux unités de commutation pour établir une unité de commutation séquentielle. Le ressort possède une structure rectangulaire avec une ouverture centrale dans laquelle se trouve un bras d'actionnement. Les extrémités opposées du ressort sont montées dans des supports dont l'un est réglable. Un bras de contact est fixé sur une extrémité et fait saillie parallèlement au côté. Le coin opposé du ressort comprend une entaille pour commander l'action de déclic. Un ressort alterné possède un anneau avec un bras actuateur cordal et un bras de contact cordal. Le ressort est monté sur une ligne perpendiculaire aux deux bras.
