Abstract

The proposal is for a casing with an ignition coil having an iron core above the coil body on both sides and an ignition coil circuit in which it is possible, through the use of a very simply constructed holder with an essentially U-shaped cross-section, easily to form a completely enclosed inner region where the cooling plate of the ignition cirucit forms the cover. Außerdem wird über die Seitenwände des Halters eine wärmeleitende Verbindung zwischen der Kühlplatte des Zündspulenschaltgeräts und dem Eisenkern der Zünd¬ spule geschaffen. Es wird somit eine gute Wärmeübertragung zwischen Eisenkern 3 und Kühlplatte 9 über den aus Aluminium-Druckguß gefertigten Halter 1 erreicht. Anordnung mit einer einen beidseitig am Spulenkörper überstehenden Eisenkern aufweisenden Zündspule und ei¬ nem Zündspulenschaltgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halter (1 ) mit zwei im Abstand parallel verlaufen¬ den Seitenwänden (5, 6) vorgesehen ist, die über eine Bodenplatte (4) oder dergleichen miteinander verbunden sind, und daß die beiden gegenüberliegenden offenen Stirnseiten (7, 8) des Halters (1) einerseits vom Ei¬ senkern (3) der Zündspule (2) und andererseits von ei¬ ner Kühlplatte (9) des Zündspulenschaltgeräts (10) ab¬ geschlossen sind.1.
