Abstract

Un banc de travail de laminoir comporte deux bâtis (1) dans lesquels sont montés des coussinets (2, 4) avec des paliers et des cylindres de travail et d'appui (3, 5 et 6, 7). Les coussinets (2) du cylindre de travail supérieur (3) sont montés dans les guides des coussinets (4) du cylindre de travail inférieur (5), dans lequel sont montés les vérins hydrauliques d'un dispositif d'équilibrage. Chaque coussinet (2) du cylindre de travail supérieur (3) est pourvu, sur l'un de ses côtés, d'une surface conique (11) et chaque guide correspondant (8) du coussinet (4) du cylindre de travail inférieur (5) possède une fenêtre (12) dans laquelle est monté un coin (13). Ce coin (13) possède une surface verticale (14) venant en contact avec les surfaces internes des bâtis (1), une surface inclinée (15) venant en contact avec la surface conique (11) du coussinet correspondant (2) du cylindre de travail supérieur (3), et une surface horizontale venant en contact avec les tiges (9) des vérins hydrauliques du dispositif d'équilibrage, lesdites tiges étant montées du côté de la surface inclinée (11) des coussinets (2) du cylindre de travail supérieur (3). Les tiges (9) des vérins hydrauliques montées de l'autre côté viennent en contact avec les coussinets (2) du cylindre de travail supérieur (3).
