- a magnet (14) is installed at the bottom of the container 0) as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, it passes around the line of magnetic force ( ⁇ is the container 0) coming out of the magnet ( ⁇ ). At this time, if the container W is vibrated or the inside is agitated with a suitable rod, the mixed powder moves, and the superconducting powder ⁇ ⁇ ) acts due to diamagnetism, that is, the effect of the magnetizer.

- the temperature at the point is high and the temperature interval from the onset ⁇ point to the offset G point is narrow.
- FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which a magnet 04 is installed on the side of a separation container ⁇ in which a partition plate ⁇ is placed in the center, and the mixed powder is dropped from the upper part of the separation container ⁇ .
- the powder ⁇ ) exhibiting superconductivity moves away from the magnet 04) and falls on the opposite side of the partition plate ⁇ of the separation container ⁇ .
- the powder ⁇ which does not show superconductivity falls as it is and can be separated.
- Separation of the powder is performed by cooling to a temperature at which the oxide superconducting powder 0% exhibits superconductivity.

- a buoyant medium ⁇ such as liquid nitrogen
- the mixed powder in the container do contains a mixture of oxide superconducting powder ⁇ and impurities that are substances that do not show superconductivity.
- the particle size of these powders is usually from lm to 1 ⁇ It is distributed in the range of about. If the particle size is too large, a single particle may contain both oxide superconducting powder ⁇ and impurities 0 ⁇ , so the particle size of the powder should be reduced to some extent. - a filter A ⁇ having a hole diameter of 100 m and a particle diameter of the mixed powder of 100 m / im or more and 100 m or less are used. To separate. In other words, those with a particle size of 100 m or more do not pass through the filter, but are stored in the CT room on the right, and those with a particle size of less than 100 / im pass through the filter. It falls.
- the oxide superconductor having a dense structure can be obtained because the oxide superconductor has a uniform grain size.
- the pinning force is a factor in improving the critical current density of the superconducting wire and improving the critical magnetic field, and this pinning force depends on the average particle size of the oxide superconductor.
- a length of 1 m or more is selected according to the literature (Superconducting Magnet Research Center Report, Vol. 3, P.34-P.38, Showa 61). Published in the Superconducting Magnet Research Center attached to the Faculty of Engineering, Kyushu University in February, 2012).
- the upper limit is 100 m, and when the particle size is larger than this, the onset force to the offset can be reduced. It was confirmed that there is a high possibility that the oxide superconductor has a remarkable temperature interval and a wide and inferior oxide superconductor.
- a step of adjusting the particle size of the oxide superconducting powder to 1 to 100 // m is performed, an oxide superconductor having a high critical current value and excellent characteristics can be obtained.
- the present invention can be used for producing an oxide superconductor having a high critical current value and good characteristics.
