Abstract

Une machine de moulage par injection telle celle décrite dans le brevet DE-PS 35 34 254 comprend plusieurs rails séparés (2) de guidage de la masse fondue, même lorsque celle-ci est introduite par le côté longitudinal. A cet effet, les rails (2) de guidage de la masse fondue sont rigidement fixés sur les parois internes du plateau (1) subdivisé de fixation du moule et mutuellment décalés. Des pièces de serrage permettent de presser chaque rail (2) de guidage de la masse fondue contre un contre-palier correspondant (3) agencé dans la région d'une cavité (6) ménagée dans le plateau subdivisé (1) de fixation du moule. Le décalage des rails (2) de guidage de la masse fondue permet de transférer directement la masse fondue de l'unité d'injection, donc d'obtenir des trajets d'écoulement plus courts et une meilleure montée de la pression appliquée par l'unité de fixation.
