Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau type de dosage immunologique dénommé ''IRIA''. Selon la présente invention, on utilise un marqueur portant des fonctions carbonyles liées à au moins un métal. L'invention concerne également une détection du marqueur qui est réalisée par un dispositif de spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de Fourier. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de spectroscopie IR à transformée de Fourier qui comporte séparément ou combinés entre eux les éléments suivants: un détecteur InSb; une fenêtre spectrale réduite; une cellule à long parcours de lumière et faible diamètre; un échantillon à doser liquide avec, de préférence, un solvant qui n'absorbe pas ou peu dans la région 2200-1800 cm-1.
