Owing to the hydraulic pressure, the telescopic end of the pipe extends and then the cover plate at its top end rises, forming a shelter for the jet, which conducts the sprayed water back to the basin in the form of droplets.
  • the circulation water pump is stopped or the subsequent valve is closed , the plate at the top end of the telescopic part of the pipe sinks by its own weight, since the water inside the pipe is dis ⁇ charged through the above slots or openings, the plate eventually forming a table top for the basin.
  • the innermost part of the telescopic end of the pipe can of course be a solid arm or bar, provided that its outer diameter is less than the inner diameter of the tube surrounding it, thus allowing water to be discharged between them.

  • the position of the chair can of course be adjusted, besides hydraulically, also merely electrically or pneumatically, hydraulic regulation is however more economical, since the required regulating forces are relatively strong, and these hydraulic functions may be simply connected to the circulation water system of the basin, whereby the circulation water pump 2 of the system may be utilized for generating the hydraulic pressure.

Abstract

La fontaine décrite comprend un bassin (1) et des éléments vaporisateurs servant à produire un jet d'eau dirigé essentiellement veers le haut par rapport au bassin, lesdits éléments vaporisateurs comportant un tuyau (3) équipé d'une pompe d'eau de circulation (2), dont une des extrémités débouche dans le bassin (1) et l'autre extrémité (5) est dirigée essentiellement vers le haut par rapport au bassin afin de produire ledit jet d'eau. Selon la présente invention, ladite extrémité dirigée essentiellement vers le haut (5) du tuyau (3) comprend au moins une partie allongée (6, 6') insérée de façon télescopique dans ladite extrémité, lesdits éléments (5, 6, 6') insérés de façon télescopique les uns dans les autres comprenant intérieurement ou entre eux un ou plusieurs canaux permettant à l'eau de sortir sous la forme d'un jet et l'extrémité supérieure de la partie interne (6') comprenant une plaque (7) qui forme un écran pour la fontaine lorsque le jet fonctionne et une sorte de dessus de table ou de couverture pour le bassin (1) lorsque le jet est fermé. Un ou plusieurs sièges réglés hydrauliquement peuvent être disposés autour de la fontaine.
