Abstract
Un circuit de commande (30) produit des signaux multiphases destinés à actionner les registres verticaux couplés par charge (V1, V2...) d'un capteur d'images à transfert d'interligne (12). Bien qu'offrant une possibilité d'arrêt sur image plein cadre, le capteur (12) est inclu dans une caméra vidéo fixe destinée à l'enregistrement d'un seul champ. Après exposition arrêtée, les signaux de phase (XV1...XV4) appliqués aux registres verticaux produisent un réseau de puits de charge dans les registres le long des éléments photoélectriques (P1, P2) correspondant à chaque champ. Les charges d'images résidant dans ces éléments sont transférées vers les registres en tant que champs séparés, où ils sont fondus en un seul champ de façon à augmenter la photosensibilité pour un enregistrement arrêté d'un champ unique. Une telle photosensibilité accrue permet d'obtenir une gamme photographique augmentée grâce à la régulation de l'exposition du capteur (12) pour qu'elle s'accorde avec la charge d'image accrue, notamment par réduction du temps d'exposition fourni par le capteur ou par réduction de l'ouverture optique du capteur d'images. La vitesse du capteur est ainsi augmentée pour un fonctionnement en champ fondu.
