Abstract

Stand der TechnikState of the art
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zündspule für Zündanlagen von Brenn- kraftmaschinen nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1. Der Anschlußteil aus Isolierstoff mit dem Hochspannungs-Kontaktelement von ausgeführ¬ ten Zündspulen dieser Gattung ist bezüglich der Zündspulen-Achse im wesentlichen parallel angeordnet und ragt aus der mit Isoliermasse vergossenen Öffnung des Gehäuses. Die Unterbringung derartiger Zünd¬ spulen im Motorraum ist jedoch problematisch, so daß eine seitliche Anordnung quer zur Achse verlangt wird.The invention relates to an ignition coil for ignition systems of internal combustion engines. Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
Mit der Zündspule für Zündanlagen von Brennkra tmaschinen nach der Erfindung wird das im vorstehenden Stand der Technik dargelegte Problem gelöst und eine seitliche Anordnung des Anschlußteiles mit dem Hochspannungs-Kontaktelement in technisch einfacher Weise er¬ reicht. Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, den verhältnis¬ mäßig langen und dickwandigen Anschlußteil separat herzustellen und mittels einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung in das Gehäuse einzuschieben.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteran¬ sprüchen beschrieben. Mit Anspruch 2 erreicht man die sichere Ab¬ dichtung im Bereich der Nut-Feder-Verbindung, und mit Anspruch 4 wird diese Abdichtung verbessert. Mit Anspruch 5 und insbesondere mit An¬ spruch 6 erreicht man die verliersichere Anordnung des Dichtele¬ mentes am Anschlußteil. Der Abschnitt 26 ist in der Rille 21 eingelegt. Eine Aussparung im Ge¬ häuse 10 bildet einen U-förmigen Rand 27, der mit der Nut 24 nach Art einer Nut-reder-Verbindung zusammenwirkt. Durch dieses Hintergreifen wird ein seitliches Aufspreizen des Gehäuses 30 ver¬ mieden.

Zündspule für Zündanlagen von Brennkraf maschinen mit einem topf- förmigen Gehäuse aus Thermoplast und mit einem insbesondere mehr- schenkligen Kern aus magnetisch leitfähigem Material, dessen einen Schenkel eine Primärwicklung und eine Sekundärwicklung umgeben, und mit einem am Gehäuse befestigtes Sekundär-Anschlußteil aus Isolier¬ stoff,mit einem Kontaktelement für die Hochspannung, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß der Anschlußteil (15) mit dem Kontaktelement (18) nach Art einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung (24/27) am Gehäuse (10, 30) befestigt ist.1.
