Abstract

Dans le procédé ci-décrit, l'oxygène est introduit sans bulles à travers au moins une membrane en plastique dépourvue de pores comportant une armature textile souple. Est également décrit un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé et son application. L'oxygène nécessaire à la réalisation du bio-processus est introduit totalement ou partiellement sans bulles à travers au moins une membrane en plastique dépourvue de pores et renforcée par un tissu, montée sur des éléments de support. A cet effet, des échangeurs à gaz (33) possédant des membranes en plastique dépourvues de pores (4) et montées sur des supports (32) sont agencés dans l'installation de fermentation, lesdites membranes étant renforcées par un tissu souple (6).
