Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de culture de mycorhizes et le récipient de culture respectif. Elle est caractérisée par le fait qu'on réalise les échanges organiques des champignons dans un récipient de culture ou cultivateur à l'aide d'un ensemble de surfaces d'échange constitué de capillaires ou membranes perméables amenant le le liquide nutritif constitué de substances organiques et/ou minérales et évacuant les produits du métabolisme des champignons placés sur lui. Elle s'applique à la culture des champignons.
