Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication de tiges de pompe réalisé en forme de barre (1) comportant des têtes d'extrémité (2) consiste à refouler les parties extrêmes (9) de la barre (1) à une température qui permet d'éviter le ramollissement du métal de la barre (1) et ainsi à prévoir, à chacune des parties (8), un épaississement (9) dont la largeur dans le sens perpendiculaire à l'axe de la barre (1) est égale au diamètre maximum de la tête (2) dans la zone de la jonction soudée et dont la longueur est supérieure à la largeur de la zone affectée thermiquement (17), et à prévoir également une partie de transition (10) en forme de corps de révolution dont la section diminue de manière progressive et continue depuis l'épaississement (9) jusqu'à la barre (1). Après refoulage, on procède à la soudure sous pression de chaque tête d'extrémité à l'épaississement (9) sur la partie extrême (8) de la barre (1) ainsi qu'à l'usinage de la zone de jonction soudée.
