Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fahrzeugsitz mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen.The invention relates to a vehicle seat with the features listed in the preamble of claim 1.
Die Schlösser von Sicherheitsgurten sind meist am Fahrzeugsitz selbst, gelegentlich jedoch auch ortsfest am Fahrzeug befestigt. Sie haben gemeinsam, daß sie meist an schwer zugänglichen Stellen angeordnet sind, um beispielsweise das Ein- und Aussteigen von Personen aus dem Fahrzeug nicht zu behindern. Bei PKW-Vordersit¬ zen liegen sie immer auf der den Ausstiegstürert abgewandten Seite in der Fahrzeugmitte im Bereich des Kardantunnels. Bei Unfällen ist es daher schwer möglich, von dritter Seite her die Gurtschlösser zu lösen, um die angegurtete Person zu befreien. Dieser Umstand stellt immer noch ein erhebliches mentales Hindernis für die gesetzlich geforderte, 100 ige Angurtquote dar. Immer wieder wird die bei einem Unfall durch die Anordnung des Gurtschlosses erschwerte Gurtlösung durch Unfallhelfer als Argument gegen die gesetzliche Anschnallpflicht benutzt.The seat belt locks are usually attached to the vehicle seat itself, but occasionally they are also fixed to the vehicle. Bei Behinderten-Fahrzeugen, bei denen die Gurtlösung sehr oft von Hilfspersonen durchgeführt werden muß, ist die Anbringung der Gurtschlösser an schlecht zugäng¬ lichen Stellen ein dauerndes Hindernis.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Fahrzeugsitz der eingangs genannten Art bzw. die Schlösser von Sicherheitsgurten handelsüblicher Art so auszugestalten, daß sie selbst bei einer für die Handhabung durch Dritte ungünstigen Anbringung einfach lösbar sind. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnen¬ den Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst: Es kann jedes herkömmliche bzw. übliche Sicherheitsgurt-Schloß erfin¬ dungsgemäß nachgerüstet werden. Das Einklinken des Sicherheitsgurtes erfolgt in herkömmlicher Weise ohne jegliche Beeinträchtigung. Die Entklinkung des Sicher¬ heitsgurtes kann in einfacher Weise von dritten Hilfspersonen dadurch vorgenommen werden, daß das Betätigungsende des Zugmittels an einer solchen Stelle am Sitz oder auch am Fahrzeug selbst angeordnet wird, die von der Einstiegstür her leicht erreichbar ist, beispielsweise im Bereich des Türschwellers am Sitz¬ chassis.In vehicles for the disabled, in which the belt solution has to be carried out very often by auxiliary persons, the attachment of the belt buckles in poorly accessible places is a permanent obstacle. _e erfindungsgemäße Lehre geht davon aus, daß die Rea¬ lisierung des Erfindungsgedankens nicht notwendigerwei¬ se die Fixierung des Sicherheitsgurt-Schlosses am Fahrzeugsitz selbst erfordert, obwohl dies bei modernen Fahrzeugen üblich und auch vorteilhaft ist. Eine besonders einfache Lösung der Ausbildung des Sicher¬ heitsgurt-Schlosses besteht darin, daß das Festende des Zugmittels an der der Druckfläche gegenüberliegenden Seite der Schloßtaste befestigt wird: Die Zugbewegung wird einfach von der der Betätigungsseite gegenüberlie- genden Seite in die Schloßtaste eingeleitet. Eine erfindungsgemäße Nachrüstung herkömmlich ausgestalteter Schlösser wird durch das Kennzeichnungsmerkmal des Anspruches 3 erleichtert. Durch das Kennzeich¬ nungsmerkmal des Anspruches 4 ist es in einfacher weise möglich, das Zugmittel an jede gewünschte Befestigungs¬ stelle am Sitz oder innerhalb des Fahrzeuges zu führen. Durch das Kennzeichnungsmerkmal des Anspruches 6 wird die Entklinkungs-Betätigung des Schlosses erleichtert.
Die er indungsgemäße Ausbildung des Schlosses hat den Vorteil, daß nach einer Entklinkung ohne irgendwelche Manipulationen die Schloßtaste wieder in ihre Ausgangs¬ lage zurückkehrt und ohne weitere Vorbereitungsarbeiten das Schloß für einen neuen Verklinkungsvorgang beim Angurten einer Person zur Verfügung steht._ E teaching of the invention assumes that the Rea¬ capitalization of the inventive concept is not notwendigerwei¬ se fixing the safety lock of the vehicle seat itself requires, although this is common in modern vehicles and also beneficial.
