Abstract

Un instrument à électrode à l'aide duquel des alésages sont réalisés comprend une électrode centrale (3) montée coaxialement à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe (5) de manière à faire saillie au delà de l'extrémité de travail de cette dernière dans la direction de la pièce (7) à usiner. L'instrument à électrode étant conçu de la manière décrite ci-dessus, le dispositif comprend une base qui est destinée à son positionnement sur la pièce (7) à usiner et consiste en une tête (23) pourvue d'éléments de limitation et de support armés par un ressort. A l'intérieur d'un boîtier (1) fixé de manière rigide à la base est monté un porte-électrode (18) pouvant avoir des mouvements alternatifs et rotatifs avec l'instrument à électrode dont l'enveloppe (5) est fixée sur la tête (23). L'enveloppe (5) est pourvue de plaque de support (27) montée sur son extrémité de travail. L'espace intérieur (24) de la tête (23) est relié à un système d'alimentation d'un milieu de travail et à un entrefer (6) délimité entre l'enveloppe (5) et l'électrode centrale (3), lequel entrefer est connecté à un système d'extraction du milieu de travail.
