Abstract

An electrode-instrument, by means of which openings are broached, comprises a central electrode (3) mounted coaxially inside an envelope (5) so as it sticks out beyond the latter's working end in the direction to the part (7) to be worked. The electrode-instrument being done as described above the device comprises a base which is intended for its positioning on the part (7) to be worked and consists of a head (23) provided with spring-loaded supporting limiting elements. Inside a casing (1) rigidly fixed to the base is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movements and rotation an electrode holder (18) with the electrode-instrument the enveloppe (5) of which is fixed on the head (23). The envelope (5) is provided with a support plate (27) mounted on its working end. The inner space (24) of the head (23) is connected to a system of supplying a working medium and to a gap (6) between the envelope (5) and the central electrode (3), which gap is connected to a system of removal the working medium.
