Abstract
Se describen un aparato y un método de secado continuo. El aparato incluye una cámara de combustión, una cámara de intercambio de calor, un filtro, una cámara de mezclado y una cámara de secado. la biomasa a secar se carga por un extremo superior de la cámara de secado. La biomasa a secar se carga por un extremo superior de la cámara de secado y cae sobre un plato giratorio ubicado en la parte inferior de la cámara de secado. El gas caliente de la cámara de combustión se mezcla con el gas reciclado que sale de la cámara de secado y con el gas reciclado que sale de de la cámara de secado y con el gas reciclado que sale de la cámara de intercambio de calor, se filtra y se dirige hacia la cámara de mezclado. El gas circula dentro de la cámara de mezclado y se dirige hacia un extremo inferior de la cámara de secado a una temperatura de secado. El gas seca la biomasa que se carga en la cámara de secado, la cual se extrae del plato giratorio.
