Abstract

Nuevos compuestos basados en nucleotidos, con métodos para preparar compuestos radiomarcados, y uso de estos compuestos para el diagnostico por imágenes. Se proporcionan compuestos de acuerdo con la formula (I) : A-B-L-C, donde A representa un aptámero, B está ausente o representa una estructura de union, L es un conector, y C es un quelante ionico metálico. Todos los sustituyentes se definen en detalle en la descripcion. Las realizaciones preferidas de dichos compuestos se unen a tenascina-C.
