Be it known that I, OTTO HElNIGKE, of New Utrecht, Kings county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for aA Pattern to be In- Wronght into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specication, or in other colors substituted in the 'place ot' those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet'weaving a defined and thorough description of the nature of' my invention, and are sufficient to enable any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The conliguration of the design ,hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting, in the forni similar to the drawings or photographs accompanyingthis specification.
