DESIGN FOR A BRACKET.

Specification forming part of Design No. 6,686, dated May 27, 1873 application filed May 20, 1873.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ALBERT D. JUDD, of New Haven, in the State of Connecticut, have invented a Design for a Bracket, of which the following is a specification:

The nature of the said design is fully represented in the accompanying perspective view.

The wall-plate a is made of the ornamental outline or configuration shown, and its surface is recessed, leaving the leaf and scroll-work in relief with a central flat surface for the socket b. The arm or bracket that is upon the pintle c is of the ornamental curved shape shown ate, forming the principal portion of such bracket, with the scroll and leaf ornaments f g h above it, and the ornaments kl below it, and the surface of the bracket 0 is ornamented as shown, and at the end thereof arethe bands or collars m, and above them the bands or collars a o of the ornamental arms p and q, that are of the shape and are ornamented as represented. The dish or holdor s has a beveled edge and an inverted central dome, t, with the lozenge-shaped ornaments around the edge of such holder s.

I claim as my invention 1. The design of the shape and ornamentation of the wall plate a and socket b, as shown.

2. The design of the shape and ornamentation of the bracket-arm e, f g h, k l, as represented.

3. The design of the shape and ornamentation of the arm 1) or q, as represented.

4. The design of the shape and ornamentation of the holder 8 t, as represented.
