DESIGN FOR BRACKETS OR CHANDELIER-ARMS.
Specification forming part of Design No. 5,092, dated July 4, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, THOMAS VILLAGE, of Vest M eriden, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new and original Design for Bracket or Chandelier-Aims; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part of this specifica tion.
The drawing is a side elevation of the arms for brackets or chandeliers constructed according to my improved design, which embraces the arm A arranged in the form shown, and provided with the pendant a and the vertical projections b and c. It also embraces the indented sides d, bounded by the plain raised bars 6 at the edges,
and having the raised figures f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, and 0, the latter inclosed in the square p. And it embraces the indented surface of the pendant a, inclosed by the raised bar 1, and having the triangular figure 8, all as shown.
I claim as my invention- 1. The design for the form of the arm with the pendant a, and vertical projection b c, substantially as shown.
2. The design for the sides of the arm, substantially as shown.
3. The design for the sides of the pendant a, substantially as shown.
