'WILLIAM S. CLARK, OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, ASSIGN OR TO MISSOURI GLASS COMPANY, OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, A CORPORATION OF MISSOURL DESIGN FOR A GLASS DISH.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,892, dated May 6, 1902.
Application filed April 14, 1902. Serial No. 102,941; Term of patent '7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, WILLIAM S. CLARK, a citizen of the United States, residing at St. Louis, Missouri, have invented a certain new 5' and original Design for a Glass Dish, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the acro companying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which--- Figure l is a bottom plan view of my new design applied to a glass dish, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view. I 15 This invention relates to a new and original design for a glass dish, the leading or ma terial feature consisting of equidistantlyplaced pear-shaped panels, which are ribbed longitudinally, alternating With which are 2'0 rosettes consisting of raised and depressed ribs tangentially disposed, those in the outer circle extending in one direction while those in the inner circle extend in an opposite di-.
rection. The center of the dish is ornamented 25 by a small rosette surrounded by pyramidal projections regularly arranged, the entire central design being surrounded by a marginal out forming a square. The inner end of each pear-shaped panel terminates adjacent the central square, ribs forming a pala- 3o mated figure being arranged on each side of the pear-shaped panel. The pear shaped panel has an elliptic central portion configured by checkered work, while the two adjacent ribs 011 each side thereof have their apices 3 5 ornamented by irregularly-arranged semicircular depressions. The center of each rosette is ornamented by a raised circular panel upon whose face is formed pyramidal projections.
What I claim is The design fora glass dish as herein shown and described.
