PERRY VVEARNE, OF RIXHEIM, GERMANY.
DESIGN FOR WALL-PAPER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,404, dated December 3, 1901.
Application filed November 5, 1901. Serial No. 81.264. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, PERRY VVEARNE, a subject of the King of Great Britain, residing at Rixheim, Alsace, Germany, have invented and produced a new and original Design for all-Paper, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which is represented a section of wall-paper, showing my design.
The design in its entirety consists of the medallion, showing doves, and a garland of flowers appearing around the medallion, the garland being suspended by ribbons from a wreath, and the said garland carries a pendant, representing a hat, musical instruments, and a staff supporting a suspended wreath, all appearing in a panel flanked by straight parallel stripes composed of bars and symmetrically-interlaced bands, flower sprays appearing on the outer sides of the said stripes.
The leading feature of the design consists of the medallion, the suspended wreath around the medallion, and the pend ant carried by the wreath, all appearing between parallel stripes.
Having described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent The design for wall-paper herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have signed my name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
PERRY WEARNE.
