To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, SoIPIoN PoUJoL, a eiti- 'zen of France, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new andoriginal Design for Wall-Paper, of which the following is a specification.

The design consists of a series of vase-like ornaments filled with flowers and leaves with a series of ornamental scrolls at the base of said vase-like, ornaments, and ornamental I scrolls forming panels surrounding said vaselike ornaments, and festoons of flowers and leaves hanging from the ornamental scrolls as represented in the accompanying drawing. The border or upper portion of the design is also'formed of similar vase-like ornaments filled with flowers and leaves, and ornamental scrolls at the base of the vase-like ornaments, and ornamental scrolls surronndin g said vaselike ornaments and toons of flowers and leaves hanging from said scrolls as shown in the drawing. A narrow striped band separates the border from the hanging. 7
