Be it known that I, SOIPION POUJOL, a citizen of France, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented 5 and produced a new and original Design for WaILPa er, of which the following is a specification.

The design consists of an arrangement of sprays of large flowers and leaves of the poppy, I0 with sprays of small flowers and leaves and fine grass-like sprays drooping or hanging from the sprays of large flowers and leaves,
