DESIGN FOR A WHIFFLETREE-C LIP MEMBER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,931, dated August 13, 1901.
Application filed July 3, 1901. Serial N0.6'7,042- Term of patent 14 years.
T0 to whom it may concern.-
' Be it known that 1, WASHINGTON I. WOL- VERTON, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Anderson, in the county of Madison and State of Indiana, have invented and produced a certain new and useful Design for a \Vhiffletree-Clip Member, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a perspective View, Fig. 2 a side elevation, and Fig. 3 a bottom plan view, of my design.
The designconsists of a substantially circular plate 1, provided with a central hole 2 and enlarged or extended at one edge to form an arm 3, which turns downward and bends inward to form a hook 4. Rising from arm flattened upper face 7.
3 where hook 4 joins it is an arm 5, which curves inward over the plate 1 and is provided near its extremity with an opening 6, coincident with opening 2,tl1e end of said arm where said hole 6 is formed having formed on it a circular head 8, provided with a circular Connecting book 4 and arm 5 is a rounded rib 8.
I claim The design for whifiletree-clip member substantially as herein shown and described.
