DESIGN FOR A BRIDLE-BIT.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,573, dated May 28, 1901.

Application filed April 25,1901. Serial No. 57,505. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

He it known that I, GEORGE \V. GRAVES, a citizen of the United States, residing at Arnarillo, in the county of Potter and State of Texas, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Bridle-Bit; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of theinvention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to letters of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of my newlydesigned bit for horses, &c., and Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the same.

In said drawings, a indicates the mouth part, and b I) are the cheek parts As shown in the accompanying drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of the peculiarly-shaped cheek parts, which are shaped in resemblance to a man on horseback.

d is the horse-shaped part, and c is the part shaped in resemblance to a man on the back of said horse.

What I claim as new is- The design for a bit, substantially as shown and described.
