To all whom, it may concern.-

Be it known that I, GEORGE K. CUMMINGS, acitizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Prism-Windows, of which the ollowing is a specification.

My invention relates to a new and original design for prism-windows and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which Figure l is an elevation or front view of a prism-window em bodying my said design, and Fig. 2 is a vertical cross-section through the middle of the window.

As shown in the accompanying drawings, my design consists of panes, plates, or lights of parallel prisms represented by the light parallel lines and inclosed within a rectangular parallelogram and separated by a framework represented by double lines and arranged as follows: Within the parallelogram at the bottom is a row of rectangular square orapproximatelysquareprism-lights. Above said rectangular lights is a row of Gothicshaped prisnrlights with their upper ends pointed or meeting at an angle in Gothic arches. Above these rows of Gothic-shaped lights is another row of kite-shaped prisinlights, the lower angle of said lights resting in the angle between the arches of the Gothicshaped lights. Said kite-shaped lights are formed of four sides meeting at You r dilferent angles. Nextabove the kite-shaped lights is arow of triangnlar-shaped prism-lights with their apices resting within the angle formed by the junction of the side angles of the kiteshaped lights. The various figures or lights above described are of such size and shape that they fit closely against one another, and the upper sides of the kiteshaped lights will he a continuation of the u ppm-r or curved sides of the Gothic-shaped lights, giving the appearance of Gothic-shaped lights of double the size of those above described and havingn vertical divisional line, but with the upper curved lines crossing each other.

The whole Gothic design presents Gothiclike characteristics.

The whole design gives the appearance of a barred or grated prisni or lined window.

I claim Ihe design for a prism-window as herein shown and described.
