DESIGN FOR A LEVER FOR SASH-FASTENERS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,745, dated May 29, 1900.
Application filed April 25,1900. Serial No. 14,361. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, GEORGE M. HUBBARD, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new Design for a Lever for Sash Fasteners; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be afull, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawings constitute part of this specification, and represent, in
Figure 1, a perspective view of a sash-fastener lever constructed in accordance with my design; Fig. 2 a top view, Fig. 3 a side or edge view, and Fig. 4 a transverse sectional view, of the same.
This invention relates to a design for a lever for sash-fasteners; and it consists in the configuration as hereinafter described, and shown in the accompanying illustrations.
The lever consists of a plate A, from which rises a substantially semicircular wall B. The top surface 0 of the wall is substantially Hat and inclines upward from the plane of the plate A on one side to the opposite side of the plate, and the width of the top or face C contracts from the lowermost point to the upper edge of the wall. The sides of the wall are outwardly inclined and the end of the wall extends outward beyondtheplate,1orn1inga flnger-piece D.
Having fully described my invention, what I claim is The design for a lever for a sash-fastener, as herein shown and described.
