My invention relates to designs for rumorlmndles und the like; sind it consists in the article provided with the snr'nee ornmnentnlion, substantially :te herein Shown mid deseribed.
In the drawings forming portof thisspeeillezttion, Figure l is :t side elevation, and Fig. 2 nn end elevation, of a rnzor-hzimlle ornaniented by my design.
'lhe handle of conventional form is ornaniented on the exterior of its two parts l 2, a-s follows: At I3 nre transverse ranges of leaves overlapping eneh other for .fl` portion ol their lengths and covering the exterior Surfnee of the parts l 2, the disposition of the central veinsof the leaves following substantially the direction of the outline of the parts 1 2. At 4 5 (j :tre crossed bands extending across the exterior of the parts l Band loomed ndjaeent :ind intermediate the ends of seid parts.
All the ornamental figures are in relief, and the crossed bars are raised above the leaves, whieh form it background therefor.
