DESIGN FOR A HEEL-PLATE.

SPECIFICATION formirig part Of Design No. 30,294, dated February 28, 1899.

Application filed January 31, 1899. Serial No. 704,065. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom, it may concern.-

Be it known that I, \VILLIAM KRATZ, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Heel-Plate, of which the following is n specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

The leading feature of my design for a heelplate is a body portion having one surface curved and the other face thereof flat or rectilinear.

Figure 1 represents a plan view of a heelplate embodying my design. Fig. 2 represents a perspective view of the opposite side of Fig. 1. a: a, Fig. 1.

In the drawings, A designates a heehplate, the same having on one side a curved surface B and the other side the fiat or rectilinear surfaee C.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
