Be it known that we, CHARLES SCHULTZ and THOMAS WARKER, of the city, county, und State of New York, have invented a. new and ornamental Design for a. Trade-Mark; and we do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear,.and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying, drawing, forming part of' this specification.

The drawing represents a face view of this design.

This design consists in acottage, provided with a series of arches, withi a sectional roof, in combination with the letters yC P on one side, and the letters M S on the opposite side, in such a manner that a new and ornamental trade-Inark is produced, which is readily distinguished, andwhich gives to the article on which it is placed a. peculiar appearance. I

A represents our trademark, which consists of a cottage, a, placed between the letters C P and M S, as shown.'

Having thus described our invention, what;` we claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
