SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,868, dated December-2'7, 1898.

Application filed November 3,1898. Serial No. 695,404. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, SIEGFRIED G. MAR- SHUTZ, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Spectacle or Eyeglass Temple, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, showing the same.

Figure 1 is a perspective outline view of a spectacle and eyeglass temple, showing my design as seen from the side. Fig. 2 is a view of the same when looked at somewhat more from the rear. Fig. 3 is a rear View. Fig. 4 is a sectional View on. line 4 4, Fig. 1, looking in the direction of the arrow.

As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a stem S,having at one end asemiconicalbody A.

(1 indicates the base, and a the apex, of the body, to which apex the temple-stein S is attached.

(1. indicates the upper rear face of the body.

Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for a spectacle and eyeglass temple substantially as shown and described.
