SPECIFIGATION forming part of Design No. 29,781, dated December 6, 1898. Application filed November 10, 1898. Serial No. 696,090- Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, CYRUS L. SULZBERGER, of the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and origin alDesign for Skirt-l3inding, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.

Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which similar characters of referenoeindicate corresponding parts in all the views.

Figure 1 is a face view of the skirt-binding, showing my design. Fig. 2 is areal face view of the same, and Fig. 3 is an edge view of the same.

The design consists of a body A, a brush 13, depending below the body, and stitching 0, completely inclosing the head B at the front and rear of the binding and overlying the lower end of the body at both faces thereof. The leading feature of the design consists of a body, a depending brush having its head abutting on the lower edge of the body, and stitching overlying the entire head of the brush and the lower edge of the body.

I claim- The design for skirt-binding, as herein shown and described.
