DESIGN FOR A CAP FOR EXPLODING DYNAMITE-CARTRIDGES SY'ECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,537, dated. October 25, 1898. Application filed August 18, 1898. Serial No. 688.931. Tel-in of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WILLIAM P. FERGUSON, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of New York, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Caps for Exploding D ynamite-Oartrid ges, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming apart thereof.

The essential features of my design consist in a cap for exploding dynamite-cartridges having acylindrically-shaped portion tapered in conical form to a sharp point at one end and having an exterior annular bead spaced from its opposite end.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure l is a view in side elevation. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal central section, and Fig. 3 is a top plan View.

A represents the body portion,of cylindrical form; a, the pointed end, and a the exterior annular bead, spaced from the opposite end.
