DESIGN FOR AN ELECTRIC LAMP.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,369, dated September 20, 1898.

Application filed March 18, 1898. Serial No. 674,392- Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, GEORGE R. MACINTIRE, a citizen of the United States, residingin the city of New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented a certain new and original Design for Electric Lamps, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

This invention relates to electric lamps in the complete form in which they are used and of which the shade or reflector and the exterior ornamentation may be regarded as forming parts.

The invention consists in the design for such lamps, to be more fully described hereinafter.

The accompanying drawing presents a side view of a lamp which embodies the design.

The central portion of the lamp, as seen in side elevation, comprises a narrow band A with narrow bar-like pendants B, the Whole forming a broad horizontal band which is vertically barred. Below the central portion is an inverted-bell shape D, with a spreading edge portion d.

The characteristic feature of the design is the broad horizontal band, vertically barred, surmounting the inverted-bell shape.

What I claim is The design for an electric lamp, substantially as shown and described.
