DESIGN FOR AN ELECTRIC LAMP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,366, dated September 20, 1898.
Application filed March 18, 1898. Serial No. 674.389. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, GEORGE R. MACINTIRE, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented a certain new and original Design for Electric Lamps, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
This invention relates to electric lamps in the complete form in which they are used and of which the shade or reflector may be regarded as forming a part.
The invention consists in the design for such lamps to be described more fully hereinafter.
The accompanying drawing presents a side view of a lamp which embodies the design.
The middle portion A of the lamp is a truncated cone, and projecting below the middle portion, as seen in side view, is a substantially hemispherical portion B of much smaller diameter. Above the portion A is a cylindrical portion C, surmounted by a cone D.
The characteristic feature of the design is the truncated cone surmounted by the cylindrical portion and the cone and having the substantially hemispherical portion projecting below its base and of smaller diameter.
\Vhat- I claim is The design for an electric lamp, substantially as shown and described.
