DESIGN FOR A KITCHEN-CABINET.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,243, dated February l, 1898.

Be it known that I, XVILLIAM T. lloLLEv, a citizen of the United States, residing at Morristown, in the county of Haniblen and State of Tennessee, have invented a new and original Design for a Kitchen- Cabinet, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a kitchen-cabinet; and it has for its object to provide a design of this character that shall be both useful and ornamental.
The leading feature of the design resides in an upright body having a rectangular boxbase provided at its front side with a plain rectangular panel, with rectangular end panels and pendentcorner-leg project-ions, and a cabinet-top surmonnting the base and provided with a horizontal rectangular ila-t top board, a vertical ledge projection at the rear edge of said top board, and a front inclined door-panel having at the opposite end edges straight exterior strips.
In the drawing the ligure is a perspective view of a kitchen-cabinet embodying the herein-described design.
Referring to the drawing, the numeral 1 designates an upright body having a rectangular box-base portion 2. The base portion 2 of the body is provided at its front side with a plain rectangular panel 25, with rectangular end panels il and pendent corner-leg projections 5. The rectangular box-base 2 is surmounted by a cabinet-top G, provided with a horizontal rectangular flat top board 7, a narrow vertical ledge projection S, extended above the plane of the top board at the rear edge thereof, and a front inclined door-panel lO. The front inclined door-panel lO is of a Width nearly equaling the height of the said cabinet-top and is provided at its end edges with straight strips 1l.
