DESlGN FOR A NECKTlE-HOLDER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,1 16, dated January 4, 1898.
Application filed November 11, 1897. Serial No. 658,208. Term ofpatent 14 years.
To all whmn it may concern.-
Be it known that I, FRANK L. CHURCHILL, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for a Necktie-Hold er, which is fully set forth and described in the following specification, reference beinghad to the accompanying sheet of drawings, forming part thereof, and in which Figure l is a perspective view of a necktieholder, showing my new and original design; Fig. 2, a side View of the same; Fig. 3, a front view, and Fig. at a plan, of the same, all the views of the drawings being shown on an increased scale and like parts being designated by corresponding letters of reference.
This design relates to the form of necktieholders, and is characterized by the cnrvatures of the body in conjunction with a flat or plain portion.
Describing the form of my new design for a necktie-holder, it consists of a flat or plane portion A, curved and re-turned upon itself at a to form a portion B, which is again but outwardly curved at b and having its extremity slightly downwardlyeurved and provided with notches or serrations c, all as clearly illustrated in the drawings.
Having thus fully described my new and original design, I claim- The design for a necktie-holder, herein shown and described.
In testimony that I claim the foregoing as my new and original design I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of two subseribing Witnesses.
