SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,244, dated June 22, 1897.

lie it known that I,\YILIJA1I FORD, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rowlesburg, in the county of lreston and State of \Yest \irginia, have invented and produced a certain neu'and original Design fortlheek-Valve asings; and I do deelare the followineto he a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, sueh as will enable others skilled in the art to whieh it appertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to a new and useful design for a cheek-valve easing for steam- 'hoilers.
It relates to the entire configuration of the valve-easing.
My invention relates particularly to the design for a cheek-valve easing as illustrated in the aeeolnpanying drawing, in which the tigure is a perspective view of a eheeh-valve embodying my design.
The leading features of my design appear in the following description:
1 represents the oblong rectangular casing, having a threaded orifice E3.
3 represents the threaded nipple or pump connection, having a rectangular collar 4.
5 is a rectangular blind-cap.
Having thus fully described my design, what I claim as new and original, and desire to secure by Letters Patent of. the United States, is-
Ihe design for a cheek-valve easing, substantially as herein shown and described.
