\VI LLIAN S. GRAHAM, 01* DECATUR, ILLINOIS.
DESIGN FOR A CASING FOR COlN-ACTUATED WHEELS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,101, dated May 25, 1897.
Application filed March 27, 1897. Serial No. 629,617 Term of patent 7 years.
To a]! whom 1'1? may concern/.-
lie it known that I, WILLIAM S. GRAHAM, of Decatur, in the county of llllacon and State of Illinois, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Casing for (loin-Actuated Wheels, of which the following is a specification.
This design is illustrated in the drawings forming part of this specification, in which Figure 1. is a side elevation; Fig. 2, a rear elevation, and Fig. 3 a diagram of the face as viewed from the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig. l.
The face 1 of the design is square. It is inclined about half-way between the vertical and the horizontal, and it is set diagonally, or with one corner uppermost. In the center of the face is a large circular opening 3. In the lowest corner is a smaller opening it, and in the uppermost corner is a slot 9. Underneath the face is a wheel-box 5, corresponding with the outline of the face, and the base comprises a box-like structure i, triangular in side elevation, and a rollershaped bar 7, conneetcd with the lower rear corner of the box 6, crosswise thereof. The box H has a door 8 in its rear end.
The leading characteristics of the design reside in the substantially rectangular casing inclined backward and set diagonally, or with one corner downward, and having openings in its face disposed substantially as shown, together with the substantially triangular base.
\Vhat I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a casing for a coin-actuated wheel, substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I sign my name in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
