DESIGN FOR A PLOW-HANDLE OR GRIP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,444, dated December 22, 1896.

lieitknown that I, Lonsxzo LITTLE Cums run, a citizen of the l'nited States, residing seniicircnla r curves 6 6, in the center of each at Eureka Springs, in the county of Pamela and State of Mississippi, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Plow-Handles; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to a hand-grip for plows, cultivators, and similar agricultural implements.
It relates to the entire configuration of the grip, as shown in the drawing.
My invention relates particularly to the hand-grip as illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which the figure is a perspective representation of a hand-grip for plows and the like, embodying my design.
The leading features of my design appear in the following description.
1 represents a rectangular socket the forward sides of which are scalloped at 2 2, as
shown, while the lop and bottom cars l and i are curved inwardly at 5 :"i, and their outer beveled ends terminate in approximately oi which is a vertical orifice 7.
The rear end of the socket 1 extends backu'ardly in a quadrilateral curve 8, having a smooth central rib 10 along its under side. The side ofthe en rved quadrantis checked, as shown, and an ornamental four-pointed star 12 appears on each side. The entire hand-grip is east in one piece.
Having thus fully described my design, what I claim as new and useful, and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States,
The design for a hand-grip for agricultural implements, substantially as herein shown and described.
