DESIGN FOR A BICYCLE-LAMP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,876, dated August 4, 1896.
Application filed June 25,1896. Serial N0. 596,945. Term of patent 7 years.
To (all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, MICHAEL 1*. CAREY, ISADOREALTMAN, and WINFIELD HENDRICK- SON, citizens of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Bicycle-Lamp, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The leading feature of our design for a bicycle or vehicle lamp is the configuration and ornamentation of the same,inclnding a panelsided body.
The figure represents a perspective view of a lamp embodying our design.
In the drawing, A designates the casing of the lamp, the same consisting of the bodyB, the panels C on the sides thereof, and the cap D, the latter having a dome-shaped top E, a flaring bottom I, and a bulging rim F intermediate of said bottom and top.
G designates the oil-reservoir, formed of the reverscly-fiaring bodies H and J, united by the rim K.
\Vhat We claim is- The design for a lamp, substantially as described and shown.
