DESIGN FOR A NAIL.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,211, dated March 3, 1896.
Application filed January 16, 1896. Serial No. 575,736. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that we, JOHN B. FLINT, of Chelsea, in the county of S uffolk, and ARTHUR J. HOWARD, of Malden, county of Middlesex, State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a certain new and useful Design for a Nail, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompa nying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure l of the drawings is a perspective view of a nail, illustrating our design, and Fig. 2 is an edge View thereof.
The leading feature of our design consists in a nail having flat opposite sides and an 0&- set head, one of the longitudinal edges of the nail having transverse grooves 0r depressions therein.
