DESIGN FOR A GAME-BOARD.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,186, dated February 18, 1896. Application filed January 16, 1396. Serial No. 575,783. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that l, VQLNEY K. (JQFFILL, of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Game Boards, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which similar characters of reference indicate corresponding parts in both the figures.
Figure 1 is a plan View of a game-board embodying my design, and Fig. 2 is an edge view thereof.
The leading feature of my design consists in a rectangular board having printed on its surface, near to and about centrally of its four straight edges, disk-like figures and a number of salient points arranged in the central portion of the board.
Referring particularly to the drawings, A
designates the board, having on its surface, near the edges, disk-like figures 1 2 3 l, the color of one disk-like figure differing from all of the others. In the central portion of the board is arranged a salient point 5, and arranged around the salient poiut 5 are four sets of salient points 6, 7, 8, and 9, each set consisting of five salient points and those of one set differing in color from those of the other sets. inwardly-curved lines extend between adjacent disk-like figures, and outside these lines are substantially oval figures 10, each containing a central floratcd pattern.
I claim The design for a game-board, substantially as shown and described.
