DESIGN FOR A BICYCLE HANDLE-BAR.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,065, dated January 21, 1896.
Application filed Septeinherl'l, 1895. Serial No. 562 806. Term of patent 7 years.

,lle it known that I, PETER GENl)1 ()l\',a0itizen of the United States, residing at Toledo, in the county of Ilueas and State of Ohio,
have invented and produced a new and original Design for liieyele Handle-Bars, of which the following is a speeilication, referenee be ing had therein to the accompanying drawings, in whieh Figure 1 is a perspective view of a bicycle handlebar embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof, and Fig. 3 is an end. elevation thereof.
A is a straight horizontal eylindrieal bar having at its ends the forwardly-extending sections 13'. Centrally of the bar A is an enlarged ring-shaped portion 1 on the lower side of which is a straight vertical cylindrieal pendent portion 0. From the sections 13' project forwardly the eylilnlrieal bars 1C. These bars are curved from the points where they meet the sections II" downwardly, forwardly, outwardly, and rearwardly, and at their ends are provided with the ventrally swelled enlargements or handles I.
The leading feature of my design is the shape or configuration of the handle-bar, as shown and described.
\Vhat I claim as my invention is The design for bieyele handlebars as herein described and shown.
