Application filed September 23, 1395. Serial No. 563,441. Term of patent 7 years.
To aZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, WILLIAM SANDERS, of the city of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have -vented a certain new and original design for Churn-Dashers, of which the following is a full, clear and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a top plan view Fig. 2 is a Vertical sectional View taken on the line 2 2 of Fig. 1.
The leading feature of my design consists in a body, which, when viewed in side elevation, is in the form of a double cone, one cone above the other, the upper one of which is much shorter than the lower one, but the sides of which are much more oblique.
1 indicates a body of conical form, the inclination of the sides of which is very slight, and surmounting said body 1 is a second conical body 2, the same being much shorter than the body 1 and the in elin-(ition of the sides of which is much greater than said first-mentioned body. The upper end of said second conical body 2 terminates in a tubular projection 3, the bore or aperture 4 of whichpasses downwardly through the conical body 1, and also the body 2. Formed in the under side of the conical body 1 is an approximately semicircular recess 5, the walls of which are rcversely curved near the margin of said re cess.
I claim The design for a churn-dasher as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I afiix my signature in presence of two witnesses.
